Meteorology said temperatures will rise gradually during the Eid al-Adha holiday, with weather conditions staying mostly clear across the country and the warmest levels expected later in the week. The pattern will bring a steady increase after early-week readings remain near current levels in the central and northern regions.
On Monday, the weather is expected to be partly cloudy nationwide, with northwesterly winds at moderate speed. Temperatures in the central and northern regions are forecast to remain close to the previous day, while the south will be several degrees cooler.
Partly cloudy conditions are also expected on Tuesday and Wednesday, with temperatures rising slightly across the country. The warming trend is set to continue as the holiday progresses.
On Thursday, the weather will be hot and partly cloudy, with winds beginning from the southeast before turning northwesterly later in the day. Temperatures are expected to rise by several more degrees.
For tomorrow, highs are forecast at 36 to 39 degrees in the south, 34 to 36 in the central region and 28 to 32 in the north.
