Kirkuk's Gaz al-Shimal signs Golan captain Ahmed Abdurrazzak

KIRKUK, Iraq โ Iraqi Premier League club Gaz al-Shimal, based in Kirkuk, announced on Wednesday evening that it has signed forward Ahmed Abdurrazzak, who served as captain at Golan. The club said the move is part of its preparations to strengthen its attacking options for the upcoming season.
Club president Varya Jalal said Abdurrazzak's performance with Golan last season was decisive in the decision to bring him in. Abdurrazzak scored 22 goals last season and brings experience from previous spells with Naft, Maysan Naft, Karbala, Baghdad Karkh and Nawroz.
The club's administration said it will continue transfer work ahead of the new campaign. No further details on additional signings were immediately available.
