Iraqi Airways launches online check-in service

BAGHDAD, Iraq — Iraqi Airways has launched an online check-in service, allowing passengers to obtain boarding passes and select seats before departure through the airline's official mobile application and website, the carrier's director general said on Monday. In a written statement, Director General Muneeb Abdul Moneim said the new system is designed to give passengers greater flexibility and reduce time spent at the airport. Travelers can complete check-in procedures ahead of their scheduled flight time using the company's digital platforms. Abdul Moneim added that the electronic boarding service is part of Iraqi Airways' broader plan to expand its digital and smart services, and that the move is intended to align the airline with current industry practices.
