Iraq's education ministry says middle school exam results due within two days

BAGHDAD, Iraq — Iraq's Ministry of Education said on Monday that results of this year's middle school examinations will be announced within two days, once verification and control procedures are completed. Ministry spokesman Karim al-Sayyid said answer sheets had been fully read as of Sunday and that the ministry is currently carrying out review and validation work. Al-Sayyid added that this year's results will be released through a new electronic platform, with technical preparations still under way. Students will be able to access their results on the platform using their name and password. The ministry has not yet set a precise date for the announcement, saying the exact timing will be made public once official procedures are finalized. Technical work on the platform still requires additional time, according to the spokesman.
