BAGHDAD, Iraq โ Iraqi Justice Minister Khalid Shwani met on Wednesday with Kazakh Ambassador Tolet Shaldynbay to discuss finalizing a memorandum of understanding on prisoner transfers and judicial and legal cooperation between the two countries.
