PARIS, France — PARIS — French ride-sharing platform BlaBlaCar announced it will double its market presence by entering 20 new countries, using artificial intelligence to support the rollout. The company said the expansion is part of its global growth strategy, building on operations in 10 existing markets.
According to the company, the new AI-driven systems are intended to improve passenger and driver matching, speed up route planning, and assist with pricing and safety checks in the new markets.
